About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team at Easol. This role focuses on driving efficient pipeline generation through performance marketing and ABM programs, while also managing key owned-channel levers like email, SEO, and website optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own pipeline generation through performance marketing and ABM programs
- →Build and optimize full-funnel performance marketing across channels including Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
- →Design and execute ABM programs aligned with Sales priorities
- →Own email marketing and lifecycle programs to support acquisition and pipeline acceleration
- →Drive SEO strategy and execution to increase qualified organic traffic
- →Own ongoing website optimization to improve conversion rates
- →Diagnose and improve the full funnel from first touch through to pipeline creation
- →Own the experimentation and CRO roadmap
- →Partner closely with Sales to align on target accounts, messaging, and pipeline goals
- →Manage budgets and ensure efficient ROI across growth channels
Requirements
- ✓5-6 years of hands-on growth or performance marketing experience, with 2-3 years in B2B SaaS
- ✓Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing, attribution, and funnel metrics
- ✓Hands-on experience with lifecycle/email marketing, including segmentation and automation
- ✓Working expertise in SEO, including technical fundamentals and performance analysis
- ✓Experience owning and improving website conversion performance through CRO
- ✓High analytical rigor and ability to translate performance data into clear insights
- ✓Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute
