About the Role
We are looking for a CRO Lead to take full ownership of our conversion funnels at Welltech, a global wellness company with 25.5 million users. This high-impact role blends product marketing, experimentation, and storytelling to drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and optimize the web-based onboarding funnel from post-click to payment screen
- →Lead the creation and A/B testing of copy, messaging, images, and value propositions
- →Develop and validate hypotheses based on funnel analytics and user behavior
- →Design and execute no-code experiments across different user segments
- →Personalize user journeys based on segmentation insights and behavioral data
- →Collaborate with Design, Performance Marketing, CRM, and Product teams
- →Mentor and lead a team of 5 Product Growth Managers
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in growth, product marketing, or conversion-focused roles
- ✓Proven success driving improvements in onboarding and conversion rates
- ✓Strong understanding of user psychology and motivation
- ✓Experience with no-code A/B testing tools and data-driven approach
- ✓Ability to distill insights from behavioral and funnel data
- ✓Creative mindset paired with analytical rigor
- ✓Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
- ✓Experience leading and developing teams is a plus
