About the Role
Elastic is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to expand our presence within Enterprise customer accounts in the defense industries in Israel. This role involves driving the adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions within new/existing customers in IL MOD's accounts
- →Position yourself as a trusted advisor, assisting users in harnessing the full power of Elastic's search analytics
- →Champion our Open Source offerings and articulate the value of our advanced commercial features
- →Identify and develop new use cases to showcase how Elastic’s solutions enable users to work more efficiently
- →Collaborate with various Elastic business functions to ensure an exceptional customer experience
- →Proactively identify new business opportunities and navigate complex sales cycles
- →Develop a comprehensive business plan to drive growth within your territory
Requirements
- ✓5 years experience with ON Prem/SaaS subscription sales, particularly in complex accounts
- ✓Prior experience selling into Enterprise accounts in the IL MOD's accounts
- ✓In-depth understanding and experience in selling solutions related to Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud
- ✓Adept at building relationships with both developers and executives
- ✓Consistent and accurate sales forecasting skills using SFDC
- ✓Enthusiasm for the Open Source model
- ✓A valid Security clearance is mandatory
