About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to lead strategic and transformation projects, managing technology implementation throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage strategic and transformation projects and technology implementation throughout the project lifecycle
- →Identify, document, and analyze internal and external customer requirements to ensure the project meets business needs
- →Undertake detailed project planning and documentation, including defining project deliverables, success criteria, benefits management, dependencies, change control, and risk management
- →Ensure transformation objectives and deadlines are met in line with the defined project charter
- →Ensure compliance with project governance and standards as stipulated in the PMO Governance Framework
- →Resolve issues and mitigate risks without compromising the timeline
- →Track benefit outcomes and update the Steering Committee
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
- ✓Professional certification in project management is preferred
- ✓Experience in project planning, execution, and closure
- ✓Strong understanding of risk management and change management
- ✓Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Ability to develop work breakdown structures and manage dependencies
- ✓Experience with SDLC tollgate reviews and project governance frameworks
