Key Responsibilities
- →Define and lead end-to-end qualitative and quantitative research, designing research plans aligned with product and business objectives to validate hypotheses and identify opportunities.
- →Conduct user research in both in-person and remote environments, including recruitment, instrument design, session facilitation, and result analysis.
- →Analyze, synthesize, and transform research findings into actionable insights, connecting them with metrics, KPIs, and product strategic objectives.
- →Communicate and disseminate research results to stakeholders at various levels, facilitating informed, evidence-based decision-making.
Requirements
- ✓Senior experience leading qualitative and quantitative UX research for digital products.
- ✓Expertise in designing and executing research plans aligned with business objectives.
- ✓Advanced ability to analyze, synthesize, and cluster findings to generate actionable insights.
- ✓Experience creating and presenting clear, high-impact research deliverables for product and business teams.
- ✓Proficiency with research, analysis, and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, Mural, and Excel.
- ✓Experience using remote testing and user experience validation tools.
- ✓Ability to connect user insights with business metrics and support the definition and validation of KPIs or OKRs.
- ✓Skill in facilitating co-creation, ideation, and prioritization workshops with multidisciplinary teams.
- ✓Excellent communication skills, empathy, and data-driven argumentation focused on user experience.
- ✓Desirable experience in large-scale projects or regulated industries, knowledge of AI tools applied to research, and technical English proficiency as a plus.
