About the Role
We are looking for a Tech Lead Java Cloud Senior to join our team. This role focuses on leading the technical design, development, and implementation of cloud-based backend solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead technically the backend development team in Java and Cloud-based projects.
- →Design and define modern architectures based on microservices and cloud services.
- →Develop and oversee the implementation of scalable REST APIs and backend services.
- →Define development standards, code quality, and best practices.
- →Participate in technical requirement analysis and solution definition with business and product teams.
- →Review code and provide technical mentorship to team developers.
- →Ensure proper integration and deployment of applications in cloud environments.
- →Participate in the definition and improvement of CI/CD pipelines.
- →Identify technical risks and propose mitigation plans.
- →Collaborate actively in agile environments with multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- ✓Graduate of Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- ✓More than 6 years of experience in backend development with Java.
- ✓Previous experience in technical leadership or Tech Lead roles.
- ✓Proficiency in Java 11 or higher and frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Data, and Spring Security.
- ✓Solid experience in microservices architectures.
- ✓Experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- ✓Knowledge in API design and consumption, particularly REST APIs.
- ✓Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- ✓Knowledge in containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- ✓Experience in CI/CD processes.
- ✓Proficiency in version control with Git.
- ✓Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- ✓Technical leadership, decision-making, clear communication, and result-oriented skills.
