About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Partnership Manager to join our team. This role focuses on building strategic marketing partnerships that strengthen Enpals growth and brand trust.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and develop strategically relevant marketing partnerships that sustainably strengthen Enpals growth and brand trust
- →Identify, win and manage partners that offer real value – always with the goal of generating high-quality new customers and establishing long-term collaborations
- →Manage the entire end-to-end process: from identifying potential partners through acquisition, negotiation and onboarding to ongoing performance optimization
- →Develop data-driven strategies that connect commercial results with brand trust
- →Work closely with Legal, Tech, Sales and Marketing to ensure smooth processes, compliance and measurable impact
- →Use existing reporting and dashboard structures (e.g. Tableau) to manage your partnerships and bring your own ideas for further development
- →Represent Enpal as a reliable, long-term oriented and brand-compliant cooperation partner in the market and actively contribute to strategically expanding our partner network
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in partnership management or business development
- ✓Strong understanding of marketing strategies and commercial results
- ✓Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
- ✓Experience with reporting tools like Tableau
- ✓Ability to work cross-functionally with Legal, Tech, Sales and Marketing teams
