About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join Esri and help organizations around the world leverage geography and GIS. This role involves generating new business opportunities and supporting customer success.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive results by responding to inbound requests and executing outbound calls and emails to generate new sales
- →Focus on customer success by listening to needs and recommending appropriate Esri solutions
- →Communicate and collaborate with sales management to develop target lists and strategies
- →Learn and grow by developing an understanding of Esri’s products and services
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of sales, consulting, or client facing experience
- ✓Customer oriented with a high level of professionalism
- ✓Desire to learn and succeed in tech sales
- ✓Responsive, friendly, and thoughtful in verbal and written communications
- ✓Ability to learn new concepts and software programs quickly
- ✓Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, geography, GIS, or related field
