About the Role
We are looking for an Infrastructure Account Manager to join Esri’s team. This role involves working with electric and gas utilities customers to optimize and expand adoption of Esri technology. You will help identify new areas of growth and share expertise that helps deliver on customer missions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build relationships and develop location strategies for large, complex organizations
- →Demonstrate advanced industry knowledge and its relevance to GIS applications
- →Conduct research and pursue professional development to ensure competitive knowledge
- →Execute account management and sales processes to meet revenue goals
- →Collaborate with teams across Esri and partners
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience
- ✓Experience managing the sales cycle and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
- ✓Advanced knowledge of electric & gas utilities and new technology trends
- ✓Understanding of GIS, Esri technology, and electric & gas utilities
- ✓Expert visual storyteller and negotiator
- ✓Knowledge of industry fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles
- ✓Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or related field
