About the Role
We are looking for an AEC Sales Specialist to join Esri’s team and help customers in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry optimize their use of geospatial technology. This role involves building relationships with large organizations, demonstrating industry knowledge, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build relationships with customers and develop location strategies for complex organizations
- →Demonstrate advanced industry knowledge and its relevance to GIS applications
- →Conduct research and pursue professional development to maintain competitive knowledge
- →Execute account management and sales processes to meet revenue goals
- →Collaborate with teams across Esri and business partners
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience
- ✓Experience managing the sales cycle and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor
- ✓Advanced knowledge of the AEC consultancy space and new technology trends
- ✓Understanding of GIS, Esri technology, and AEC design
- ✓Expert visual storyteller and negotiator
- ✓Knowledge of industry fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles
- ✓Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25-50%
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related AEC field
