About the Role
We are looking for an exceptional HR Business Partner to join our People team and support our Technical Teams. This role involves partnering with individual contributors, managers, and senior leaders on various people-related topics including employee relations, performance, and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute on both short- and long-term People strategy that supports the business' objectives
- →Provide coaching to senior leaders and front-line managers on employee lifecycle topics
- →Make data-driven recommendations to drive employee engagement and retention
- →Support managers on performance management topics
- →Build credibility and trust among employees
- →Partner with the broader People team to implement critical HR operating rhythms
- →Develop strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain diverse talent
Requirements
- ✓2+ years in an HRBP-specific role, with 5+ years experience in a dedicated HR role
- ✓Understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, and leadership development
- ✓Experience implementing creative talent strategies
- ✓Comfortable with ambiguity and complex strategy discussions
- ✓Analytically driven with qualitative and quantitative problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent influencing skills at all organizational levels
- ✓Knowledge of technology businesses and global HR practices
- ✓Unquestioned integrity and strong decision-making abilities
