About the Role
We are looking for a Design Head to lead our design team and realize our vision from research to production. This role is critical to our mission of creating a world-class user experience for our teenage audience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be the user’s advocate
- →Collaborate directly with founders and leadership group
- →Lead and grow the design team
- →Work with product, marketing, brand, engineering, research teams
- →Evangelise Fam’s mission, vision, and design philosophy
Requirements
- ✓Strong experience in consumer products
- ✓Excellent design craft backed by a solid portfolio
- ✓Strong product and business acumen
- ✓Proven experience working on brands
- ✓Strong ability to think user-backwards
- ✓Strong user advocacy in trade-off decisions
- ✓Experience in team management and mentoring
- ✓Bias for action with fast, informed decision-making
