About the Role
Fireblocks is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, GTM to join our growing People team and play a critical role in scaling our revenue-driving organizations. This is a highly visible, consultative role for a recruiter who thrives in fast-moving environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from intake through offer and close
- →Act as a talent advisor to GTM leadership, providing real-time market mapping and competitor insights
- →Build a 'warm bench' of elite GTM talent for high-priority territories and roles
- →Continuously iterate on recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- →Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a seamless and compliant hiring process
- →Identify and resolve recruiting bottlenecks proactively
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- ✓3+ years experience hiring for GTM functions
- ✓Strong ability to partner with and influence senior leaders
- ✓Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets
- ✓Experience using recruiting data and metrics to improve outcomes
- ✓Comfortable managing multiple priorities and adapting quickly
- ✓Proficiency with ATS and recruiting tools
- ✓Experience building diverse pipelines and inclusive hiring practices
