Requirements
- ✓8+ years in Compensation & Benefits, with at least 3 years in a high-growth tech startup
- ✓Ability to model complex equity scenarios and budget impact
- ✓Familiarity with international labor markets and benefit nuances outside the US
- ✓Experience with Pave, Radford, Ashby, and Rippling
- ✓Comfort with making high-stakes decisions with limited data
