- →Help managers navigate team challenges, improve collaboration, and increase effectiveness.
- →Contribute to workforce planning, helping leaders plan team growth and capacity in line with business priorities.
- →Participate in people-related budgeting, including headcount and cost planning.
- →Support salary planning processes, helping leaders make fair, transparent, and business-aligned compensation decisions.
- →Provide clear, actionable feedback and coaching to managers and employees to support performance and development.
- →Work closely with the HR team and cross-functional partners to create a consistent and positive employee experience.
