Polymarket is seeking a Senior Sourcer to own research and pipeline building across the company. This role involves sourcing for a wide range of roles, from engineering and product to finance and legal, leveraging blockchain technology to create decentralized prediction markets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead sourcing for technical and non-technical roles across the company
- →Conduct deep research to identify where talent lives for current and future roles
- →Build high-quality, targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing
- →Develop curated candidate lists for recruiters and manage early-stage conversations
- →Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define ideal candidates
- →Create sourcing strategies including search strings and talent mapping
- →Write personalized outreach and track sourcing metrics
- →Help build and scale sourcing processes and tools
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of technical sourcing or talent research experience, preferably in a startup or high-growth company
- ✓Experience sourcing across technical and business functions
- ✓Strong research skills for market mapping and talent identification
- ✓Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch for challenging roles
- ✓Excellent writing skills for personalized outreach
- ✓Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple searches
- ✓Familiarity with sourcing tools and ATS platforms
- ✓Proactive and strategic approach to sourcing
