About the Role
Quadbridge is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent and Growth team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting hiring needs across our offices in Montreal, Kitchener, and Vancouver, managing the end-to-end candidate journey.
Key Responsibilities
- →Draft, post, and manage job descriptions across internal and external job boards
- →Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other tools
- →Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit
- →Serve as the first point of contact for candidates
- →Manage applicant flow and maintain accurate records in Greenhouse ATS
- →Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- →Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth progression through recruitment process
- →Support hiring goals by managing multiple requisitions
- →Provide market insights to enhance recruitment strategies
Requirements
- ✓Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house)
- ✓Proven ability to manage high volume of requisitions
- ✓Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- ✓Experience with Greenhouse ATS considered an asset
- ✓Exceptional communication skills
- ✓Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
