About the Role
The Project Management Office (PMO) Manager is responsible for developing their team by supporting employees, optimizing their engagement and performance, and aligning their objectives with those of the company. They manage individual performance, professional development, as well as administrative and HR aspects. They also supervise projects, validate client estimates, and support teams on complex files.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support, advise, and accompany team employees in human resources management;
- →Ensure the governance of the project portfolio and ensure the application of project management methodology;
- →Supervise the progress of implementation projects, identify risks, issues, and resource needs, and recommend appropriate actions;
- →Plan and assign resources to projects, including managing priorities and ad hoc requests;
- →Guide, support, and develop Project Managers and Implementation Experts, including performance monitoring, coaching, and annual evaluations;
- →Track performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when required;
- →Validate and supervise Change Order Requests (COR), including analyzing financial impacts and adhering to processes;
- →Coordinate training, recruitment, and integration activities for team members in collaboration with HR;
- →Facilitate communication and alignment between service teams, management, and internal stakeholders;
- →Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and department organization;
- →Perform various administrative tasks related to team management and supervision.
