About the Role
Wing is seeking a bilingual Sales Development Representative to join their team, focusing on the coaching industry, specifically real estate. This part-time role requires strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Key Responsibilities
- →Handle inbound leads during your shift
- →Conduct outbound prospecting to schedule meetings and appointments
- →Manage and execute specific cadences through Salesforce for different customer scenarios
- →Perform ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- ✓Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course
- ✓Minimum of 1 year of sales experience with proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- ✓Excellent English and Spanish communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Solid organizational and time management skills
- ✓Tech-savvy with familiarity in desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP
- ✓Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
- ✓Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
- ✓Proactive and confident with keen attention to details
- ✓USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- ✓Working Webcam
- ✓Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
- ✓Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
- ✓Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
