About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Wing, helping to redefine the future of work for companies worldwide. This role focuses on outbound lead generation, qualification, and CRM management to support an in-house salesperson and stabilize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- →Perform daily outbound SDR activities including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn outreach
- →Qualify prospects and pass warm leads directly to the assigned in-house salesperson
- →Maintain accurate CRM records, lead tracking, and follow-up sequences
Requirements
- ✓At least 5 years of experience in B2B Sales
- ✓Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency in data entry
- ✓Ability to meet daily productivity goals and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Proven experience in outbound outreach
- ✓Proven Experience with Manitol CRM
- ✓Dialer system (client-provided or Wing-provided)
- ✓Technical Requirements: USB Headset with Noise Cancellation, Working Webcam, Main and backup computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, Main Internet Service Speed of at least 25 Mbps wired connection, Backup Internet Service Speed of at least 10 Mbps
