About the Role
We are looking for an English-fluent Sales Development Representative to join GoFasti, a Talent-as-a-Service company that connects world-class developers and designers from Latin America with global companies. This role involves identifying and engaging potential participants for conferences, managing outreach campaigns, and supporting logistical needs for events.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify and engage potential participants for conferences, including investors, fund managers, and financial institutions.
- →Manage outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to drive event attendance and sponsorship interest.
- →Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions within the CRM.
- →Support logistical and operational needs for events (agendas, attendee updates, materials).
- →Participate in conferences when required, assisting with on-site registration, coordination, and client relations
Requirements
- ✓2–3 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably within financial services or B2B environments.
- ✓Strong written and verbal English communication skills (C1–C2 level).
- ✓Basic knowledge of financial markets, private equity, or investment concepts.
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and email-writing skills; able to communicate professionally with executives.
