About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive is a highly motivated self-starter responsible for developing and closing net-new business and expanding Motive's offerings with current customers. This role requires strong ownership and end-to-end sales responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- →Prospect and win new Enterprise business through developing key executive relationships
- →Ensure RFP wins and grow share of wallet by understanding client business needs
- →Partner with team and internal counterparts to optimize buying decisions
- →Resolve problems through critical thinking and implementing solutions
- →Demonstrate excellence in listening, sales process, and selling
- →Plan to meet and exceed business goals and revenue quotas
- →Develop deep understanding of Motive's technology platform and operations
- →Study market trends to enable consultative insight
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of Enterprise sales experience, preferably in physical operations industries
- ✓Strong track record of exceeding quotas and growing book of business
- ✓Ability to build rapport with executive decision-makers
- ✓History of working independently with a data-driven mindset
- ✓Best-in-class communication skills
- ✓Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools
