About the Role
We are looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative to join our mid-market team at Motive. This role involves proactively reaching out to prospects to generate new business opportunities and qualifying leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- →Proactively prospect and engage with potential customers through outbound channels, including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- →Research and identify high-potential accounts and decision-makers within target industries.
- →Conduct consultative conversations to understand prospects' needs, challenges, and business goals.
- →Clearly articulate the value of our products and services, tailoring your messaging to address specific pain points.
- →Qualify leads using defined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further development.
- →Maintain accurate and detailed records of all outreach efforts, interactions, and lead qualifications in Salesforce.
- →Continuously refine your approach by staying informed about industry trends, competitive positioning, and product updates.
- →Meet and exceed weekly activity metrics and monthly lead qualification quotas.
Requirements
- ✓Native fluency in French.
- ✓2+ years of experience in an Outbound sales role.
- ✓Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must, with the ability to engage and build rapport with international audiences.
- ✓Strong understanding of sales principles and a desire to develop a career in sales, with a focus on lead qualification and customer engagement.
- ✓Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift, and the ability to adapt quickly is crucial.
- ✓Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage and prioritize a high volume of leads.
- ✓Experience using SalesForce, SalesLoft, or Genesys will be nice to have.
- ✓Experience in engaging with international audiences will be nice to have.
