About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic Implementation Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on managing and delivering complex projects for our Fortune 500 clients, ensuring successful implementation and adoption of our systems.

Key Responsibilities

→Define, track and achieve key performance indicators for the customer implementation program.
→Own the implementation process for assigned accounts, including successful implementation and training of the software to drive adoption by new clients.
→Lead cross-functional project teams and manage project timelines and deliverables.
→Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring successful project completion.
→Collaborate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment.
→Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among project team members.
→Ensure the timely and successful completion of new client implementation for all assigned accounts.
→Monitor client progress and activities to ensure adoption of all parts of the organization while staying within scope and on schedule.
→Host virtual or in-person sessions for customers.
→Travel to customer on-sites as needed (~40%).

Requirements

✓3+ years of experience in project management or a related role in a B2B capacity, preferably in telematics, logistics, or fleet management.
✓Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
✓Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
✓Excellent communication and presentation skills.
✓Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
✓Proficiency in project management software and tools.
✓Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
✓Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively across all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
✓BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
✓PMP Certification preferred.
