About the Role

H1 is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to their largest and most complex customers. This role focuses on driving adoption, value realization, retention, and growth across H1’s Clinical or Medical & Commercial product lines.

Key Responsibilities

→Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts
→Build strong relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders
→Own and drive account strategy, including implementation and adoption plans
→Lead regular executive business reviews, clearly articulating performance against KPIs
→Proactively identify risks and opportunities across your portfolio
→Design and deliver tailored enablement and training sessions
→Analyze usage data, performance metrics, and customer feedback
→Strategically lead and de-escalate critical client situations
→Serve as the voice of the customer internally
→Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Support

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services
✓Demonstrated experience owning complex, high-ARR accounts
✓Strong project management experience across multi-threaded initiatives
✓Experience working in or with Life Sciences organizations preferred
✓Proven ability to manage renewals, mitigate risk, and identify expansion opportunities
