About the Role
We are looking for a People Business Partner to join HackerOne, a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management. This role will support our GTM Revenue and Marketing teams, blending coaching, problem-solving, and employee relations to help managers lead through change and ensure a smooth employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coach managers on performance fundamentals, feedback, and team dynamics
- →Support leaders through organizational change with clear guidance
- →Manage low- and medium-complexity employee relations cases
- →Use data-driven decision making to improve team operations
- →Partner with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other COEs
- →Apply first principles problem solving to simplify processes
- →Use an AI-first approach to increase speed and accuracy in daily work
- →Build strong relationships with GTM leaders
- →Contribute to People Team initiatives
Requirements
- ✓3–5 years in an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role
- ✓Experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end
- ✓Ability to interpret People data and translate it into actionable guidance
- ✓Comfort working in fast-moving environments
- ✓Ability to navigate ambiguity and create structure
- ✓Clear communication and sound judgment under pressure
