About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage a portfolio of roles across multiple crafts. This role will partner with leadership-level stakeholders to deliver full-cycle recruitment and support hiring across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Partner with leadership-level stakeholders to define role requirements, competencies, and measurable hiring outcomes across Project Management, Engineering, Data, Client Services, and Strategy roles.
- →Manage 15–20 concurrent requisitions, driving full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer execution.
- →Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence platforms, building proactive pipelines aligned to workforce plans.
- →Leverage recruitment data (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rates) to inform hiring strategy discussions and improve outcomes.
- →Deliver a structured, inclusive candidate experience through interview calibration, consistent assessment criteria, and timely stakeholder communication.
