About the Role

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join the Youfoodz team. This role focuses on identifying, testing, and scaling business expansion opportunities for the Youfoodz brand, including innovating the direct-to-consumer subscription channel and venturing into the B2B space.

Key Responsibilities

→Own the go-to-market strategy for new channel, feature, or partnership launches from end-to-end.
→Proactively identify and scope new channels or commercial models where Youfoodz can expand its Total Addressable Market (TAM).
→Analyse quantitative data and build models to aggregate insights that drive key business decisions.
→Manage relationships with 3rd party vendors and coordinate across functional teams to operationalise business opportunities.
→Work closely with cross-functional partners in Growth Marketing, Operations, Legal, and Tech to ensure smooth execution.
→Monitor market penetration and educate senior leaders on opportunities and risks over short and medium-term horizons.
→Provide regular reports to the Youfoodz and HelloFresh ANZ Leadership teams on progress toward business goals and OKRs.

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Business Development, Project Management, or eCommerce.
✓A highly data-driven approach to decision-making and strategy formation, including comfort with modeling.
✓Proven ability to drive revenue growth, execute complex projects, and exceed targets.
✓Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
