About the Role
We are looking for a Learning and Development Project Manager to join our team in Sydney. This role is responsible for planning, coordination, and delivery of all Learning and Development programs across APAC, ensuring our people are equipped with the skills and capabilities required to succeed in a fast-paced, collaborative, and entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the end-to-end management of L&D projects, from delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
- →Manage multiple concurrent projects, prioritising workload and ensuring alignment with organisational priorities.
- →Partner with HR Business Partners and subject matter experts to identify capability gaps and translate business needs into effective learning solutions.
- →Work with managers and HR Business Partners to drive engagement, adoption, and accountability for learning outcomes.
- →Manage external vendors and facilitators, including scoping, contracting, and quality assurance of deliverables.
- →Maintain L&D governance frameworks, processes, and documentation to ensure consistency and quality across learning initiatives.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience managing learning or capability development projects in a complex organisational environment.
- ✓Strong project management skills, including planning, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and delivery to deadlines.
- ✓Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring learning impact and using data to inform decisions.
- ✓Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
