About the Role

Join Inter's IT Strategy & PMO team, an strategic area responsible for managing the project portfolio and leading high-impact initiatives for IT Services. Your mission will be to act as a senior consultant in strategic decisions, developing robust frameworks and managing critical projects that drive organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• →Develop and implement innovative frameworks and methodologies for project and organizational portfolio management
• →Manage critical and high-complexity projects with multiple executive stakeholders (scope, schedule, costs, risks, etc.)
• →Act as a senior consultant to directors and managers in strategic portfolio decisions (prioritized projects, capex/opex, expected benefits)
• →Train organizational managers in methodologies and best practices
• →Develop strategic reports with insights and recommendations for leadership
• →Collaborate in building an automated compliance system for project portfolio centralization
