Key Responsibilities
- →Own end-to-end implementation for large, complex enterprise customers
- →Lead post-sale onboarding from kickoff through initial steady-state usage
- →Build trust with senior customer stakeholders through strong judgment and follow-through
- →Facilitate scoping sessions to understand customer objectives and constraints
- →Design customer-specific workflows and intake mechanisms
- →Deliver tailored training sessions for customer teams
- →Manage implementation-related requests during onboarding
Requirements
- ✓4–8+ years in implementation, professional services, or onboarding roles for complex B2B SaaS products
- ✓Significant experience working with enterprise customers and navigating multi-stakeholder environments
- ✓Strong ability to scope ambiguous problems and design structured solutions
- ✓Technically fluent in discussing data models, integrations, and workflows
- ✓Strong customer presence with experience managing complex projects
- ✓Highly organized with excellent communication skills
