About the Role
We are looking for a Compensation Subject Matter Expert to join our team. This role focuses on supporting global compensation programs and processes, with a focus on analytics, regional support, and education.
Key Responsibilities
- →Leverage technical skills to design and build compensation metrics, reports, and tools
- →Participate in the development of compensation processes such as the annual review and job architecture
- →Develop and deliver educational resources and training for HRBPs and people managers
- →Ensure accuracy and consistency of compensation and equity data across systems
- →Participate in projects and initiatives across all functions and locations
Requirements
