About the Role
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our hiring efforts at IXL Learning, a global EdTech company. This role involves working closely with the recruiting team and hiring managers to ensure we hire the best talent for our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- βPartner with the recruiting team to understand and support hiring needs
- βHost and manage onsite interview candidates
- βSchedule a high volume of candidate interviews with exceptional attention to detail
- βBecome an expert on IXL Learning to answer candidate questions
- βManage and track candidates through the recruiting pipeline
- βEnsure candidate records in our ATS are organized and up-to-date
- βRespond to candidate inquiries via phone and email
- βWork with the recruiting team to refine our recruiting process
- βProvide general support to the recruiting team
Requirements
- βBA/BS degree required
- βExperience as a recruiting coordinator, HR coordinator, or in an administrative support role
- βExcellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- βHighly self-motivated and driven
- βAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- βExcellent communication skills
- βExceptional attention to detail
- βExperience working with an ATS (Greenhouse) and G Suite preferred
- βPassionate about education and technology
