About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team at MongoDB. This role combines customer focus with modern data and cloud technologies, focusing on driving meaningful outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Serve as a primary point of contact for MongoDB end users, utilizing technical aptitude and account management experience
- →Coordinate with Sales, Professional Services, Solutions Architects, and other internal teams
- →Provide strategic guidance to customers on MongoDB best practices and technology strategy
- →Collect customer feedback and identify roadblocks to inform internal teams
- →Resolve critical customer issues and complaints
- →Build and execute account plans to mitigate risk and drive growth
- →Lead executive business reviews for strategic customers
- →Document all customer interactions in internal systems
- →Provide feedback on customer health signals to leadership
Requirements
- ✓5+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-centric role
- ✓Passion for advocating on behalf of customers
- ✓Strong technical aptitude with computing, cloud, and database fundamentals
- ✓Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of customer portfolio
- ✓Entrepreneurial mindset for improving processes and practices
- ✓Team player with strong collaboration skills
- ✓Technical background from Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
