About the Role
MKS2 Technologies, LLC is seeking a Strategy Consultant to support the modernization of contact centers for a large U.S. health agency. This role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives for clinical call center transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- βAssist in the preparation of briefing materials and executive communications to ensure clarity and alignment across the team and with stakeholders.
- βSupport the development, formatting, and refinement of content for client-facing sessions.
- βHelp synthesize findings from strategy workshops, interviews, and research.
- βCoordinate the dissemination of key messages, updates, and deliverables.
- βAssist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data from various internal and external sources.
- βAct as a liaison between different workstreams, gathering updates and ensuring alignment to the established strategy.
Requirements
- β2+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, or analytics.
- β1+ years of prior work experience in or with the Federal Government.
- β1+ years of experience working and communicating with diverse stakeholders.
- βExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
- βStrong project management and organizational skills.
- βAbility to quickly adapt and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- βExperience working with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- βMinimum of a Bachelorβs degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- βMust be a US Citizen with ability and willingness to acquire a U.S. Public Trust.
