About the Role
Linqia is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their growing creator marketing company. This role involves full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams, working with hiring partners, and optimizing the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- βManage the full-cycle recruiting process for Sales, Marketing, Success, and Operations teams
- βCollaborate with recruiting team members to meet hiring demands
- βWork with managers to understand hiring needs and team goals
- βConduct candidate prospecting
- βCoordinate and conduct interviews
- βClose prospective employees
- βDrive an outstanding candidate experience
- βReport, analyze, and optimize hiring funnel metrics
- βWork on ad hoc projects
Requirements
- β7+ years of recruiting experience with at least one year of full-cycle recruiting, preferably in-house
- βExperience in recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Success, and Business Operations
- βStrategic thinking with the ability to provide hands-on assistance to close candidates
- βProven track record of using creative sourcing methods to find top talent
- βMetrics-driven approach to problem-solving
- βExemplary verbal and written communication skills
- βHighly organized with attention to detail and candidate pipeline hygiene
- βPositive, driven individual excited about working autonomously in a startup environment
- βMust currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area and be available to commute to the San Francisco office 3 times per week.
