We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join January, a company transforming consumer finance by bringing humanity to collections. This role focuses on attracting exceptional talent across engineering, product, operations, and business functions to accelerate January's mission.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver exceptional hires at velocity by owning 6-8 concurrent searches and meeting January's growth targets
- →Identify world-class talent from organizations with high talent bars and build networks within elite companies
- →Build recruiting operations that compound by surfacing pipeline intelligence and running experiments
- →Transform hiring managers into recruiting partners by coaching them to maintain quality bar independently
- →Maintain quality under pressure by rejecting weak candidates and validating quality through evidence
- →Optimize everything by treating every pipeline challenge as an opportunity to build a better system
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth startups or tech companies
- ✓Track record of recruiting from elite organizations and hiring 20+ people during company growth phase
- ✓Systems builder with experience creating recruiting infrastructure and process improvements
- ✓Data fluency with funnel analysis and conversion optimization
- ✓Strong stakeholder management and exceptional communication skills
- ✓Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and maintains high standards and accountability
