About the Role
We are looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Customer Success department at Jobber. This role focuses on helping small home service businesses succeed through technology.
Key Responsibilities
- →Respond to inquiries from new and existing customers through live chat, phone, or email.
- →Troubleshoot issues or problem solve questions about Jobber features, bugs, or workflows.
- →Maintain high channel productivity across different communication mediums.
- →Be a liaison for customer feedback to product and technical teams.
- →Build a knowledge base of FAQs and document customer feedback.
Requirements
- ✓1 year of contact centre experience preferred.
