About the Role
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our team and play a critical role in managing a portfolio of existing accounts. This position focuses on driving the success of innovative products and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Exceed quarterly and annual targets for retention and growth, including quota, GRR, NRR, cross-sell, and upsell for assigned accounts.
- →Consult with economic buyers and stakeholders to understand customer workforce upskilling and reskilling needs.
- →Develop account strategies aligned with customer transformation needs using industry data.
- →Establish strong customer partnerships throughout the customer lifecycle.
- →Generate and close renewal and expansion opportunities ensuring forecast accuracy.
- →Provide guidance and tools to ensure measurable value for customers.
- →Meet all CRM requirements including account health and communication records.
- →Manage renewal timelines effectively and execute contracts in accordance with business practices.
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer renewals with an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in conducting virtual client meetings.
- ✓Experience with renewal and upgrade forecasting, quoting, and opportunity management.
- ✓Strong knowledge of B2B customer relationship management.
- ✓Ability to prospect and manage a designated territory for revenue growth.
- ✓Solid understanding of sales cycle stages and leveraging each stage for advancement.
- ✓Excellent relationship-building and consulting skills.
- ✓Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of leadership.
