About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in the United States. Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, identifying and closing new business opportunities

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably with manufacturers or producers of durable goods, food, or food-related products
- ✓Proven success in identifying, cultivating, and closing new business opportunities
- ✓Strong knowledge of market trends in consumer goods, packaging, retail, agriculture, and food processing
- ✓Experience managing extensive national travel (70–90%)
- ✓Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint)
- ✓Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- ✓Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and ability to generate early sales success within 4–6 months
