About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team in India. This role focuses on managing the post-sale customer journey for clients across the APAC region, ensuring successful onboarding, adoption, and long-term value from an advanced analytics platform.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and manage a portfolio of APAC customers post-sale, ensuring strong engagement and satisfaction
- →Lead onboarding processes, including planning, data readiness, and enablement activities
- →Conduct live product trainings, workshops, and demonstrations for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- →Collaborate with customer leaders to define success metrics, track outcomes, and drive product adoption
- →Act as first-line support for customer queries, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues promptly
- →Identify expansion opportunities and manage customer health, renewals, and risk mitigation
- →Maintain accurate documentation, success plans, and track customer interactions
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Analytics, or similar client-facing SaaS roles
- ✓Strong executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- ✓Proven ability to manage multiple customer projects and priorities simultaneously
- ✓Experience delivering live trainings, workshops, or onboarding sessions
- ✓Strong understanding of business analytics, data preparation, analysis, and reporting
- ✓Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Alteryx or similar workflow-based tools
- ✓Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable analytics solutions
- ✓Excellent ownership, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- ✓Comfortable working with globally distributed teams and APAC time zones
