About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring that clients successfully utilize our unique SaaS platform, enhancing their operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead scheduled dealer meetings to ensure client engagement and action item completion
- →Guide new customers through onboarding and ongoing support to foster loyalty

Requirements
- ✓2+ years in customer success or account management, preferably in the automotive sector
- ✓Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google products, including Excel and Google Analytics
- ✓Experience with CRM/Project Management tools such as Salesforce
- ✓Strong analytical skills to identify trends and derive insights from data
- ✓Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional collaboration
- ✓Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
