About the Role
We are looking for a Data Architect to design modern, AI-ready data architectures across multiple client engagements. This role focuses on ensuring data reliability and reusability while working at the intersection of data modeling, semantic layer design, and AI enablement. You will architect systems for business intelligence and machine learning, collaborating with teams to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design and implement end-to-end data architectures in Snowflake
- →Define data models that balance flexibility for analysts with performance and scalability
- →Partner with engineering teams to integrate data from source applications
- →Establish versioned modeling standards and documentation
- →Build or refine semantic layers that unify metric definitions across BI tools
- →Collaborate with business owners to define KPIs and monitor metric adoption
- →Architect feature pipelines and data contracts for machine learning readiness
- →Monitor data quality to prevent issues affecting model performance
- →Partner with AI teams to integrate structured and unstructured data into workflows
- →Design APIs or event structures that serve predictions in near real time
Requirements
- ✓7+ years in data engineering/analytics engineering with a focus on production pipelines
- ✓Experience owning and stabilizing production data platforms
- ✓Strong knowledge of modern data platforms like Snowflake and orchestration tools
- ✓Competency in data integration, APIs, cloud storage, and SQL performance tuning
- ✓Practical experience in data reliability, observability, and change management
- ✓Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and create standards
- ✓Demonstrated client-facing experience and outstanding communication skills
- ✓Deep interest in Generative AI and Machine Learning
- ✓Experience with scripting in Python and knowledge of BI tools
- ✓Familiarity with security and governance best practices
