About the Role
We are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales and business development in Slovenia. This role focuses on securing high-value accounts and building long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive direct sales and opportunity generation by creating, qualifying, managing, and closing enterprise deals
- →Lead business development activities, including lead generation, pipeline ramp-up, and market penetration
- →Partner with reseller channels, including recruitment, enablement, training, and performance monitoring
- →Manage the full sales lifecycle alongside cross-functional teams such as sales engineering, marketing, and product
- →Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and lead generation initiatives
- →Set priorities and keep the team focused on achieving revenue goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- ✓8+ years of enterprise field sales experience, ideally in data, data security, governance, privacy, or cloud-native software
- ✓Proven success in introducing new products, executing business development, ramping pipeline, and closing enterprise deals
- ✓Proficiency in MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies
- ✓Strong executive-level communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- ✓Ability to analyze and visualize complex data to inform sales strategies
- ✓Experience working in both large and emerging company environments
- ✓Team-oriented, flexible, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
- ✓Willingness and ability to travel as required
