About the Role
We are looking for a Federal Channel Manager to join our team in the United States. This high-impact position focuses on driving growth and revenue through strategic Federal channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive Federal channel revenue and achieve annual targets through strategic partner engagement
- →Develop, maintain, and execute regional partner business plans aligned with sales objectives
- →Manage pipeline development, account planning, and partner growth initiatives
- →Conduct quarterly plan reviews and adjust strategies to meet evolving business needs
- →Lead joint sales activities and manage a robust Federal partner funnel
- →Build deep, long-term relationships with partners to expand presence across the Federal ecosystem
- →Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reporting to track progress and ensure alignment
Requirements
- ✓10+ years of Federal channel or partner management experience
- ✓Proven success in building and managing strategic partnerships in the Federal sector
- ✓Strong pipeline development and account planning skills
- ✓Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
- ✓Bachelor’s degree required; relevant certifications a plus
- ✓Based in the Washington, D.C. area (Virginia, Maryland, or nearby)
- ✓Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
