About the Role
We are looking for a Global Solutions Architect to spearhead initiatives that drive high-level customer architecture and internal solution development. This remote-first role focuses on advancing cybersecurity solutions while collaborating across geographies and managing global community knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- →Drive the design and implementation of innovative solutions
- →Manage and optimize knowledge and Intellectual Property across the global Prisma Cloud community
- →Educate and engage with the Prisma Cloud community and customers on service delivery
- →Identify target customers and market opportunities to optimize customer platforms
- →Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical readiness and customer success
- →Assemble automation assets for delivering automation services
- →Travel for internal meetings, pre-sales support, and customer engagements as required
Requirements
- ✓BS in Computer Science or equivalent education/training/experience
- ✓Minimum 5 years experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- ✓Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire commitment
- ✓Proficiency in automation technologies such as Ansible and Terraform
- ✓Fluent in containerization and orchestration engines (Kubernetes/Docker Swarm/Openshift)
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Demonstrated project leadership skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
