About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. This role plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by translating data into actionable insights and optimizing sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement
- →Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to optimize processes and ensure clarity in workflows
- →Manage and maintain the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate data hygiene and reporting
- →Support deployment readiness through user acceptance testing and process documentation
- →Develop and deliver training and guidance to sales teams on processes, tools, and systems
- →Complete ad hoc and scheduled reporting as required to support operational decision-making
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- ✓5+ years of experience in data analytics or sales operations
- ✓Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Monday.com, Tableau, Contract Lifecycle Management software, G Suite, and Microsoft Office
- ✓Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
- ✓Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- ✓Preferred: knowledge of value-based care models, accountable care, and population health management
