About the Role
We are looking for inspired technology specialists who will guide customers through implementing and onboarding the JumpCloud platform. This role involves helping customers adopt our Directory platform through education, support, integration, and adoption strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide customers and partners through implementation and onboarding project plans
- →Build custom onboarding plans based on customer needs
- →Consult and assist with JumpCloud rollouts in customer environments
- →Resolve onboarding and implementation issues remotely
- →Follow up with customers on recommendations and action plans
- →Collaborate with internal resources to provide effective solutions
- →Ensure customer success during product transitions
- →Continuously learn and research new technologies
- →Help onboard and train new team members
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years experience in client-facing SaaS onboarding
- ✓Excellent project and account management skills
- ✓Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ✓Aptitude for learning new technologies
- ✓Strong written and oral communication skills
- ✓Logical problem-solving approach
- ✓Moderate knowledge of infrastructure and integration
- ✓Associates degree desired
- ✓Previous experience in technical domains or SaaS positioning is preferred, including knowledge of user onboarding/offboarding, project management, Salesforce, Office365/G-Suite, device management, directory services, networking, authentication, and software configuration.
