About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to join Kaizen Gaming, a leading GameTech company operating in 19 markets. This role focuses on managing high-net-worth customers in the Chilean market, building relationships, and enhancing loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the customer portfolio and establish strong personal relationships to foster loyalty and retention
- →Monitor individual customer performance and ensure timely provision of rewards
- →Deliver top-tier customer service as the primary point of contact
- →Proactively target customers with appropriate actions at strategic points in their lifecycle
- →Plan and host diverse Key Account events, including hospitality at sporting events and entertainment outings
- →Initiate campaigns tailored to stimulate activity among assigned Key Accounts
- →Represent the voice of Key Accounts and provide feedback to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
- ✓Work experience in a customer-facing environment
- ✓Native Spanish speaker with excellent command of English
- ✓Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- ✓Commercial acumen, analytical, and organizational skills
- ✓Excellent MS Office skills
- ✓Passion for the online gaming industry
- ✓Professional appearance and willingness to travel and work outside regular hours
