About the Role
We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join Leapsome, an AI-powered people platform revolutionizing HR for modern teams. In this role, you will own our email and lifecycle marketing engine, designing and executing automated campaigns that nurture prospects and build customer marketing programs to deepen engagement with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of time-based email campaigns for all events, including invitations, reminders, and follow-up nurture streams.
- →Design, build, and optimize automated lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot to keep leads warm and convert them into qualified opportunities.
- →Systematically improve key funnel conversion rates through segmentation, testing, and continuous optimization.
- →Collaborate with Marketing Ops, Sales, and Customer Success to define targeting and coordinate campaigns across channels.
- →Lead customer marketing programs that engage existing customers to drive expansion opportunities.
Requirements
- ✓Strong hands-on experience in lifecycle and email marketing in B2B SaaS.
- ✓Experience building automated workflows and campaigns in marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and Reachdesk.
- ✓Forward-thinking in using AI to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- ✓Fluent in email best practices—deliverability, segmentation, testing, workflows/automation, and performance analytics.
- ✓Think in funnels and metrics: conversion rates, pipeline, and revenue impact.
- ✓Collaborative partner who enjoys working with Sales, Marketing Ops, and Customer Success.
- ✓Strong written communication skills, crafting messages that resonate with prospects and existing customers.
